Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Please note that items such as jewelry, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Package the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Please contact us to arrange an exchange. In some cases, we may suggest returning the item and placing a new order.
